Membership Policies

Memberships cannot be combined with any other specials/discounts. A 90-day minimum commitment required for each membership. You must provide 30 days written notice for cancellation. You may freeze your account once per year for a maximum of 3 months after the 90-day minimum has been met. Must present $75 re-enrollment fee at the time of enrollment.
